STEP 1: Edit Your Company Profile

    Available immediately after booking

    After confirming your participation in the event, you will be added as a user / participant to the website. This allows you to edit your stand profile on the website, to manage meetings online, invite relations and more.

    Your login name and password will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. With these you can log in at:
    If you have previously been a exhibitor at EventSummit, click the tab ‘I am (or have been) a participant’
    Already logged in? Click ‘participant profile’ at the top right. You will enter the participants’ stand profile section.

    Here you can:

    • Upload your banner – click here for instructions
    • Edit your stand profile (administrative and company information)
    • Manage and track the invitations sent to your relations
    • Manage and enable your meetings per event

    Edit your profile

    Click on the ‘edit company profile’ link under the ‘Participant packages’ heading. Here you enter the information about your company. You can also upload extra information, photos, logos and videos here. Pay attention; upload your company logo twice, both with the basic information and with the photos.

    Note: Do not upload photos that are too large, for example max 1MB. The system does not upload photos with more MB.
